You need to join the Club and then you get email alerts.

Or, you can follow SC's Twitter and get them even quicker. But in order to buy the stuff , you need to be a member. After 48 hours they're available to the public.

There are JYD covers available in the Custom Shop under "Headcover Options." But you gotta send a putter in for work.

Well, that kinda sucks a little. . .ITs like $90 for the club isn't it??

I may end up sending in a putter soon if I can't do the paintfill correctly. I stripped that honey-brown off of my Cali-del mar, and decided I wanted to change the paintfill. So I gave it an acetone bath and have since tried 2 separate times to start the paintfill. I need a different purple, and I have needle applicators on the way--that should help. Its only taking them more than 4 days to ship applicators from Illinois to Indiana, WTF??


I just don't like S.C. prices. Love the putters! Don't like the custom work prices though. There's another guy that does custom stamping and paintwork. He gets great reviews but of course he can't get me S.C. headcovers!!!

YOu can always buy the SC Custom Shop covers on Ebay. You'll pay a few $ more but they're usually not too bad.

BTW- when you join the Club, you get a Membership package (usually a headcover, towel and some other stuff). And if you want to offset the price of membership, you can sell the package and usually make a few bucks.

Aha! Thanks for the info. . .I've not really checked into it. I saw the price tag for the club--didn't really research it much further than that!

yeah, I've seen the red JYD covers on Ebay, but I just won't, will not, ABSOLUTELY not, pay $150 for a headcover. I'm not a collector, that would be different. Maybe in a month or 2 I can find one for a bit cheaper or I'll just join the "club".

The Custom Shop ones haven't really reached circulation. You're probably seeing the other ones. There was a limited release of 500 (x 5 colors) of a different JYD a few weeks ago.

Wait 6 mos. and the Custom Shop covers will be below $100. 'Tis usually the case.
